Workout anytime, anywhere with PD on the Go. With thousands of workout possibilities, music, beautiful scenery, and an expert leading your workouts, you won’t be bored with your exercise routine anymore.
PD on the Go is based on our work with Parkinson’s patients, but is appropriate for anyone hoping to improve their coordination and overall fitness.
Choose the following to create your workouts:
(1) What you want to workout (legs, torso, arms, cardio)
(2) How long (5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes)
(3) How to workout (lying down, sitting or standing)
And your workout will be generated in seconds! You can save and download workouts for future and offline use.
With the ability to rate each exercise, you have control over what exercises are selected for your workouts. If you don’t like a particular exercise, set the rating to 0, and it will be hidden from future workouts!
The app also includes a series of workouts to improve your coordination and even expand your movement vocabulary.
With PD on the Go, you have the control over your workouts, so take control over your fitness. Learn more about who we are at PDontheMove.com
